EXERCISE-BASED THERAPY
Our therapists are fully trained to evaluate the entire body and movement pattern that is associated with your injury.
Power Plate
Power Plate is a vibrating plate that forces your body to not only fight against regular gravity but also fight against vibrations. Power Plate vibrates up to 50 times a second sending tiny vibrations through your body. These tiny micro vibrations activate more muscles, burn more calories, improve circulation, and assist muscle recovery.
Anti-Gravity Treadmill – Alter G
We utilize a state-of-the-art Anti-Gravity Treadmill called the Alter G. The Alter G is the first FDA cleared therapeutic device that allows for precise partial weight-bearing exercise. It was first developed using NASA technology for exercise programs training astronauts. Alter G uses differential air pressure chambers to precisely lift the user from 100% to as little as 20% of the user’s calibrated body weight. Reduction in body weight can occur in 1% increments allowing for a gradual progression to full weight-bearing activities.Reduction in body weight can occur in 1% increments allowing for a gradual progression to full weight-bearing activities.
Alter G For Rehabilitation
-
Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation
-
Continue training while healing by gradually progressing to full weight bearing.
-
Neurologic and proprioceptive training
-
Safely build bone density and restore range of motion for improved functional capacity.
-

-
Overspeed training (run faster, longer) and hill intervals (0-15% incline)
-
Interval training in a controlled setting
Experience the Alter G difference for yourself and see why over 20 NCAA teams, over 20 professional sports teams and over 60 top performance enhancement centers, medical facilities and government facilities are using the Anti-Gravity Treadmill in their training and rehabilitation programs.
The Alter G is available for use at several different time and rental plan options. Additionally, Alter G use may be covered under your insurance policy as part of your rehabilitation plan. If you would like to use your insurance for use on the unit, please inquire and we will check whether coverage applies.
Selective Functional Movement Assessment
The SFMA is a clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source - by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment.

Functional Capacity Measure Test
The Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS) gives you answers and is an innovative approach to fitness testing and to receive the most efficient path to optimal performance. FCS was designed to test four (4) key components of athletic capacity and identify issues affecting an individual's ability to:
-
Produce power!
-
Store and reuse energy
-
Maintain posture under load.
-
Control balance
Move2Perform
Stay on the field, on the job and in the game with Move2Perform. Move2Perform is a movement measurement and analysis tool that identifies deficits and the probability of losing time from your activity. It provides objective reporting for pre-season screening, return to sport testing, occupational testing, and general population wellness examinations. Move2Perform products have been studied with overwhelmingly positive results, published in peer-reviewed literature, and adopted by the military and professional sports teams internationally.
Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to identify imbalances and asymmetries in your movement pattern which can predispose you to injury. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the product of an exercise philosophy known as Functional Movement Systems. This exercise philosophy and corresponding set of resources are based on sound science, years of innovation and current research. The Functional Movement screen can add to your personal performance or be utilized as a tool in decreasing work site injuries.
Widespread Benefits
The FMS simplifies the concept of movement and its impact on the body. Its streamlined system has benefits for everyone involved – individuals, exercise professionals, and physicians.
-
Communication – The FMS utilizes simple language, making it easy for individuals, exercise professionals, and physicians to communicate clearly about progress and treatment.
-
Evaluation – The screen effortlessly identifies asymmetries and limitations, diminishing the need for extensive testing and analysis.
-
Standardization – The FMS creates a functional baseline to mark progress and provides a means to measure performance.
-
Safety – The FMS quickly identifies dysfunctional movement patterns so that they can be addressed. It also indicates an individual’s readiness to perform exercise so that realistic goals can be set and achieved.
-
Corrective Strategies – The FMS can be applied at any fitness level, simplifying corrective strategies of a wide array of movement issues. It identifies specific exercises based on individual FMS scores to instantly create customized treatment plans.
Learn More About Functional Movement Screen
Put simply, the FMS is a grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness. The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
TRX Training
TRX is an adjustable suspension training system that provides muscular and cardiovascular benefits using your body weight. TRX is great for unweighting the joints in ordered to make exercising easier or even more challenging so you can strengthen with more support or even less pain.
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
Forever Fit uses Smart Tools technology to help make gains and work towards your goals! By using Blood Flow Restriction with some of our patients, we can stress tissue earlier while still protecting it. This allows patients to rehabilitate faster with better results. BFR involves the application of a pneumatic cuff (tourniquet) to the upper arms or the upper legs. The cuff is then inflated to a specific pressure with the aim of obtaining partial arterial restriction and complete venous occlusion. BFR tricks your body by increasing metabolic stress and cellular swelling to help build muscle faster.
Synaptic Training
The Synaptic Strobe training eyewear is designed to help your brain process vision faster and more efficiently. This provides an exclusive edge for athletes to perform at a higher level more consistently and with clarity in their decision making. Most athletes notice improvement after one 15-minute session. As the lenses flicker on and off, it is harder to process information, which helps the brain focus on visual tasks. The resulting heightened vision capability can improve eye-hand coordination, movement, balance, and reaction time.
Strobe Training Can Improve:
-
Focus - Keeping the eyes on the ball through completion of a task.
-
Timing - Accurate and precise reaction timing
-
Visualization - Tracking of objects in the mind’s eye
-
Quickness - Quick and accurate execution of a movement
-
Peripheral Vision - Awareness of your surroundings
-
Balance - Ability to keep your body in a stable position.
