Our facility is conveniently situated just off Exit 1 on Interstate-95 in Georgia, along St. Marys Road. You'll find us directly in front of the prestigious Osprey Cove Golf Course, at the second entrance. Thanks to our close proximity to I-95, Forever Fit Physical Therapy is easily accessible to residents throughout Camden County and the surrounding areas in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida.
