Research includes: PRP injections, ACL Rehabilitation and Prevention, Biomechanics Running Analysis, and Sports Performance Programs.

Diverse background in Manual Therapy and Functional Rehabilitation enables Erin to assist every client to return to their optimum.

Helping athletes enhance athletic performance through individualized Strength and Conditioning. Extensive training and experience with elite athletes. Tony has twelve years experience coaching collegiate football which provides the tools to help Forever Fit clients/athletes achieve their goals of becoming faster and stronger. His vast experience helps athletes to enhance his/her specific athletic performance, making them a better all around athlete. Tony enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and two sons skiing and hiking.

Megan was born and raised in Camden County, Georgia. She earned her Associates in Science at Keiser University for Physical Therapist Assistant and was officially licensed in September of 2021. Megan is proficient in The MyoKinesthetic Systems, Graston Technique®, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. When Megan isn’t working, she enjoys walking trails, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

LAURA HUMERICKHOUSE

Laura grew up in Kennesaw, GA where she played a variety of sports such as swimming, softball, and soccer. She went on to swim at the collegiate level at Wingate University where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management. Laura received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of North Georgia in 2021 and since then has been enjoying working with patients of all ages decrease pain and achieve their functional goals. When Laura isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys doing CrossFit, playing with her dog, and spending time at the beach.

JACKIE WESCOTT 
OFFICE COORDINATOR, PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN, LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Jackie has been a part of the Camden community for 5 years after growing up in California. She completed Everest College’s Massage Program in 2013 and has practiced massage in Washington, Connecticut and Georgia. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in health administration and management with a specialization in healthcare communication at Colorado State University Global campus. When not at the clinic, Jackie enjoys being outdoors, disc-golfing, and reading.

KRISTI VANDYK
OFFICE COORDINATOR

Kristi moved to Camden County 10 years ago with her husband, a Navy Veteran, daughter and son.  She has a passion volunteering and has offered hundreds of hours to Navy Programs to help Military members and their families navigate the military lifestyle.  She has also worked full-time in a variety of administration positions offering a wide range of customer support services.  In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, playing with her two dogs, reading a good mystery book or crocheting.  She likes biking, camping and hopes to master stand up paddleboarding.
